Month one complete!
I have been a bit quiet on the app this week, just dealing with some things in my personal life. But I’m proud of myself for staying committed to my fitness and the program. Will likely rest tomorrow and get back to it on Tuesday.
Today was just about getting it done. I worked hard this month like so many of you. I also went to yoga this morning and left with such a chill vibe which influenced my flow for sure. But the skips were fun and I rep’d out my push-ups. 117 in total. Last week was the strongest. Today was simply a testament of consistency & completion.. Now time to replenish! Also not mad about the abs poking through ahha
Hope you’re all well out there and killin’ it!

Week four Day One you guys and gals! We are here! It didn’t feel like my strongest day, but I completed the workout and I feel good about that. In total, 48 assisted pull-ups and 68 push-ups, and made 10k steps!
Looking forward to finishing out the weeek, getting some rest and starting month 2!
I am going to London at the end of the month and I’ll bring my rope. But I am not sure if I’ll stick to the program that week or just try to get some skips and steps in as I can. I’m not worried about it. But I have contacted some gyms to see if I could get a day pass just in case ;).
Have a great week ya’ll ❤️❤️🤗🏋️♀️

JRD Max Day 5: push-up ladder!
By now you might all know how much I love ladder workouts. Today I was determined to make as many push-ups as I could, while honoring my body’s need to slow things down a bit. So from sets 9-10-11-12/12-11-10-9, I stopped the video and repped out my push-ups (in full form) at a pace that was doable for me. In total today I managed 134 push-ups.
Skips were so so in the beginning, but picked up by the end. And as usual, what felt like work at the start ended in a smile on my face.
Thanks community! See you on (my) Day 1!

Week 3 Gauntlet complete!
Finished strong even though the first 15 was not my strongest—expected as my energy is only about a fraction of it’s normal capacity due to it being my lady time (it’s 2024 so hope we can talk openly about that). When I was strength training heavily, I would deload when my body felt this way. Today I skipped at a rate that felt doable as a way to stay both committed and consistent. Within time, I found my grove and as usual, I am very happy I did.
Gonna get a walk in today and then I have to prepare for a workshop I am running tomorrow— but I will definitely be getting that push up ladder in! Will be sure to report!
Have a great weekend all xxx

Helloooo hello!
Day 1 JRD max/week three: fast, fun skips for 15min, 68 push-ups and 48 assisted pull ups at 14kg. Previous weeks I was able to pull at 7kg, but today my body said no ma’am, we need a wee bit more help than that. A younger version of me have beat myself up. Feels great to be in a place where I can honor where I’m at and still take care of myself. I hope you can all nurture your health and your goals the same way. Sending love ❤️
