Two questions. Why am I old? Why am I fat? Hopefully we can reduce that to one question.

Looks very early there, Douglas!

I was the same, I bought a roller massage stick and use that after my workouts which helps. Like the others say, as long as it's not a pain, you'll be fine. Remember you can take breaks too and work up to longer sessions. Have fun!

Stephen Payne thanks so much for that Stephen, I'll get some bands to assist and pay attention to any niggles. Hope you're all recovered now!

I've had to have physio earlier this year on my foot as I injured it running. I've not been able to get back in to that but jump rope seems to be totally fine, which is good. Plus, it's so wet here that I get to stay indoors πŸ˜‚

Really appreciate you taking the time to reply, have a good one!

Aletta Armee oh absolutely! When I'm using a rope, I'm not very coordinated at the minute and need to practice πŸ˜‚ at least with this type, I can just keep going and learn the footwork! And I don't whip myself πŸ˜‚

Aletta Armee oh I'd noticed the side swings in this challenge too, so I just did regular jump rope for those sets. I also like that it can be done anywhere and I'm going to be away with work for a few weeks in December, so I'll pack these with me πŸ˜€

Joe De Luca thanks Joe! No excuses not to work out when the weather is shocking now πŸ˜‚

MichaΕ‚ Tyburczy I think you're right, but there's no way I'd motivate myself to jump rope in the rain and the local gym here is quite expensive. I still have a long way to go, so I think these will get me started and then I'll be able to break free with ropes when the weather is kinder πŸ˜€

Shameaka B thanks Shameaka!

Well done on completing it!

Stephen Payne Thanks Stephen, it definitely is a bug haha! Thanks for the tip for the dumbbell programme, I had looked at that one too. I'm going to save up and get a set so I can basically work through everything I think! I want to try them all!
