Two questions. Why am I old? Why am I fat? Hopefully we can reduce that to one question.

I'm going to do this one after I finish JRD Max, you and Stephen have inspired me! Enjoy!

I seemed to pick up a 24 bug yesterday, so missed a workout. Felt a load better this afternoon, but contemplated another day off. So glad I didn't! JRD Max W1D3 done 💪

Stephen Payne oh perfect, thanks Stephen, I'll keep them in mind when I'm going to get some. Good to know that I don't need loads and obviously they will be easier to store.

Joe De Luca That one is my next one I think, I need to get some dumbbells first though - probably slightly essential for that one 😂 Enjoy!

Aletta Armee oh that's good to hear! I'm looking forward to seeing my progress, but also just enjoying the exercise 🤗 Enjoy the second month Aletta!

Day 2 of JRD Max and man are my arms aching 😂 So glad it was just a major sweatfest today! I'm really enjoying Dan's motivation in these workouts, they have a different feel to the Callisthenics challenge. It's a stewed bean dish for tea tonight, let's get some goodness!

I was the same, I bought a roller massage stick and use that after my workouts which helps. Like the others say, as long as it's not a pain, you'll be fine. Remember you can take breaks too and work up to longer sessions. Have fun!

Stephen Payne thanks so much for that Stephen, I'll get some bands to assist and pay attention to any niggles. Hope you're all recovered now!

I've had to have physio earlier this year on my foot as I injured it running. I've not been able to get back in to that but jump rope seems to be totally fine, which is good. Plus, it's so wet here that I get to stay indoors 😂

Really appreciate you taking the time to reply, have a good one!
