Update: running through all the tutorials as a beginner because damn. Apparently my arms are way too far out or I ordered a rope one size too small. Granted I am 5’ 9” at the high end of the medium rope size range. 🤣😂 way to shoot the ego back to beginner fast!

Update at 6:30pm PST: Been going through all the JRD videos from like 7 years ago… finally got my form figured out!!! GAME CHANGER!!! So stoked for this. I’ve done about 6x sessions this afternoon and evening trying to figure it out 🤣
