Roosendaal, Netherlands

Dutch, 54 year old female, into sports since my childhood. Like juicing, just love my Angel juicerand want to improve mobility and strength

I have still problems with my Achilles tendon…. Any chance I can start with my ropeless , and avoid heavy jumping . I really like to hop on this train, but I have physical limitations still. Haven’t been jumping for around 2 months (been doing crosstrainer and rowing instead) and really want to get started again!

DB program, M2W1D3 done and I really liked it. Took my speed performance Rope 6 zo , like the feeling of those rooes. Just gives me a great feeling where the Rope is whip jumping!

Currently using 1/4, 1/2 and sometimes 1 lbs, hope I can progress more towards heavier ropes in a couple of months! Eying the crossrope heavy speed ropes at the crossrope website…. What are your favourite ropes?

Counting jumps works in the crossrope app with of without AMP, I know from experience.

And does your Garmin do a good job in counting your jumps?

Quick question. I have used the Crossrope app before, but not currently as I follow the JRD now. Anyone can recommend a free couting app for my jumps ? Would like to know how much skips I am doing. Crossrope counting is behind the pay walkl unfortunately. Any suggestions welcome!

So just started again after I got a bad flu, business travel and pains on my Achilles tendon. Decided to buy the ropeless as well, with a nice coupon from JRD! I think these can be usefull for working on the technique and when travelling. Anyone using ropeless as well? Curious to know why and how you blend those in with your workouts ✌🏻

But nice to get the first workout done again, month 2, W1D1 dumbell program.

That is a really nice painting! Job well done.

Good to hear you are back , and indeed listen to your body. Take time to recover and especially when starting working out again don’t push it to hard. You can do that later when your body had adopted to the increased activity 😉

Like the handles, I have them too! Lately I started using the speed performance rosés, and really like the extra speed and weight distribution. But love the 1/4 you use as well 😀
