Does Crossrope sell a rope for tricks? Like releasing one end and catching it.
I'm curious about everyone's recommendations for the next program to move to. I'm looking to build endurance and work on my core/body weight exercises. So far I've completed the Autumn challenge. Thoughts??

I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 3 whole months already. It’s not the first JRD program I’ve finished, but it still amazes me every time when I do make it from start to finish! Today was M3D5 of the heavy rope workout, and I managed to bust all my personal bests with the 1 pounder for each day this week! Today I got to 1450/1500 with the 1 pounder! I tripped up part way through the workout and just couldn’t quite catch back up, but still pretty stoked that I made it past 1400 which was ultimately my goal for today’s workout. Thank you Dan Witmer for the amazing program! I can’t wait to start my next one.
My main goal for this program was to shed some pounds and gain some muscle, and I definitely did! I lost 30 pounds, and my clothes are fitting a lot looser than when I first started. I dialed in my calories and prioritized walking alongside consistent workouts. I haven’t quite made it to my end goal just yet, and I’m looking forward to progressing through another awesome JRD program.
Today’s my first day jump rope/dumbbell program. Great sweat. I gauged the dumbbells pretty accurately (15’s/20’s). Felt very strong and cardio was strong. I’m 280 looking to get between 200-210 lbs. I need to program my brain to complete the 90 days.
