M3D3 of the heavy rope program was exactly how I thought itโd be. I didnโt want to underestimate that workout!
I really wanted to hit all sets of 100 with the 1 pounder, so I went at my own pace - Lord knows Iโd never keep up with Dan ๐ - and Iโm pumped that I was able to do that many sets of 100! ๐ฅ I was about 5 minutes behind Dan, so Iโm glad my workout didnโt stretch on too much longer. That recovery day tomorrow is going to feel aaaahh-mazing! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes!
