M3D3 of the heavy rope program was exactly how I thought itโ€™d be. I didnโ€™t want to underestimate that workout!

I really wanted to hit all sets of 100 with the 1 pounder, so I went at my own pace - Lord knows Iโ€™d never keep up with Dan ๐Ÿ˜…- and Iโ€™m pumped that I was able to do that many sets of 100! ๐Ÿ”ฅ I was about 5 minutes behind Dan, so Iโ€™m glad my workout didnโ€™t stretch on too much longer. That recovery day tomorrow is going to feel aaaahh-mazing! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes!

Just wrapped up month 3 week 2 today!!! Yesterday was the stretch workout but I was feeling good so did the good ole ladder workout from JRD90 and then stretched. Picked up today on week 2 day 5 and completely crushed it. Feeling great and looking forward to the last two weeks of the heavy rope program!!

Got half way through month 3 week 2 of the heavy rope program and have injured my back so I'm in recovery mode now when I'm back to full strength I'll get back to doing the thing

Hey everyone hope you're getting after it been a while since I've posted in here as I've been plagued with sports injuries injured hand concussion and damaged ribs all at different times so it's completely hindered my training but all better now so tried Dan's 15 mins heavy rope workout just now to get back Into it can tell I haven't done it in a while so I'll be taking small steps to get built back up then I'm going to do one of the programmes. Have a good weekend everyone ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Ž

Happy Saturday! Just enjoyed M3D4 recovery day in the heavy rope program. Iโ€™m loving the addition of a recovery day built into the program. Please keep these coming Dan!

My glutes were especially tight from yesterdays workout, so today felt awesome. โ˜€๏ธ

Day 4 done! I gotta say Iโ€™m enjoying the AMP handles. This is my first week using them. Itโ€™s so much fun seeing the number of skips, calories burned, where you fall on the leaderboard as well as getting badges.

4 mile walk today for active rest day but have to say Iโ€™m itching to grab my rope and skip. I know my body needs a recovery day though so Iโ€™m doing my best to refrain!! Canโ€™t wait to pick the rope back up!

First time doing M2D4 of heavy ropes. (Am I crazy or does Month 2 seem a lot easier than Month 1?) Today's workout was 4,000 skips with Dan with the quarter-pounder. I just turned on my amp and jumped at my own pace along with the video and ended up at 5,500 skips, which I was pretty darn happy about. Feeling super sweaty and strong. Let's get it, friends!
