M3 W2 D2 done.
M2D4 of the heavy ropes was awesome today! Love getting to focus in on speed and getting to 4K skips with a good sweat fest. 😅
First time doing M2D1 of heavy ropes. Felt good to be able to crush the jump rope sets and push ups but only got 300 skips with the 2-pounder. I’ll do better next week but that thing is a beast. Crushing with the 1-pounder though now like it’s no biggie. Very fun. (And so many choice comments in this one from Dan Witmer that made me laugh. Love it!)

Saturday recovery day, and feeling amazing after M2D3 heavy rope recovery stretches. And pushups! Made it to 100 again! Happy weekend everyone. ☀️
Managed to lose weight while in Porto for the high jump competition. And tbh I wasn’t eating great. Lots of red meat, eggs, and cheese. Which is fine but not for every meal haha. Not enough fruits and veggies (which I’ll make up for when I go home). The key was just not overeating and burning a massive amount of cals walking and skipping each day. Again, nutrients matter. But don’t forget it’s simply a matter of creating a calorie deficit. No matter how much you jump.
