What’s one thing you struggle with the most?
90 Day Program diary from a man out of shape.
Week 2 day 3
On a positive side. Four cycles of ladder, jumping. At the beginning it was hell kept tripping on my rope. Then I figured it out. I was keeping my wrists too tight. Once I started flipping them around a bit more thing went “better”.
Negative: At the end of the third cycle Dan said that even for him who’s been doing this for years it never gets easier.! Wanted to kill him right there and then. 😱Decided to finish the last cycle instead.

Happy Monday! Glad to be back at it after having a small procedure done last week and needing the weekend to recover. As Joseph Francis Tribbiani once said,”I’m back, baby!”
Month 2 Week 3 of DB+JR day 1 done!
Happy Monday roll call who’s getting after it today !?!? Had 10 min to kill and thought why not just drop down and do some pushups. Little stuff consistently!!
My Monday is certainly starting off on the right foot. Just beat last weeks numbers by 140 skips! 🎉
Just completed day 4 of month 1 in the heavy rope program and reached a total of 2620 skips with the 1 pounder. Feeling pumped and so excited! Today I felt fast with the 1lb rope and it’s so motivating to notice that kind of progress throughout a program. Hoping that this is a good indication that I’m ready for month 2!
