Heavy program day 3 done slowly finish first month
Finished week 11 of JRD90. One more to go. And while I still do not enjoy 2-minute sets with the 1/2-pound rope, I now can do them without my shoulders and arms wanting to give out. Easy-peasy. 😃😃
Leftover big chicken salad. Had to add some steak and eggs to get more protein for the day. Finished with almond butter on top of banana slices with whipped cream.

Day 2 of the heavy rope program is in the bag! I’m totally beat after this one today. 😝Another hot day has me sweating like crazy! Nothing like sweat dripping to make you feel like you’ve accomplished something good. 🔥 Happy Wednesday!
Month 2 week 1 day 3 of the DB + JR program. I’m loving how these workouts are structured. I always feel amazing after a workout, especially in a nice hot garage. I guess I have my own sauna!
Another great workout from the DB + JR program! I heard in one of the videos that you’re thinking of doing a weight program! How about a kettlebell and jump rope program?
