Thatโ€™s awesome Desiree Patronas youโ€™re going to love the Dumbbell challenge. Itโ€™s definitely my favourite.

You donโ€™t have to be fancy to do these programs. Simple basic jumps with intensity will get you through.

My favourite is the boxer step but it took a while to get the hang of it. ๐Ÿ‘
