Week 12 Day 1 JRD90 here in Brooklyn. Ran 1.5 miles to a pull-up bar in Prospect Park. Feeling strong!

Finished week 10 of JRD90. Crushed 12 2-minute sets today like it was nothing including the ones with the 1/2-pounder. Proud of myself. Have a great week, everyone! I’ll be doing the torch once I finish the program I’m doing.

For me I like the strength aspect. And there’s a good variety in type of workout. But since it’s older, the audio is not as polished. If ivv be were new, I’d probably start with the dumbbell program or JRD Max. Those are both awesome.

Psyched to see so many peeps doing the challenge! I just started week 10 of JRD90. This program has markedly improved my upper body strength. Loving it! Thanks as always to our man Dan Witmer !

I have those ropes and rarely use them. The two-pounder seems like a firehose lol. Like anything though, the more you do something, the better you’ll get at it. Just takes time!
