Early morning workout overlooking the beach. Only 55 degrees so chilly out here but perfect for jumping and doing day 4 of the first week of the torch! β€οΈπŸ€“

It actually looks like you're crushing it. The more you do them, the better you'll get at it. I would just say, now try to do more than one in a row. You'll start to hear the rhythm in your head and you'll have it down pat. But you'll probably get some whip marks along the way!

I'm in Week 1 of the torch, just finished Day 3. So fun. I'm in South Florida right now where it's 50 degrees this morning so people are literally wearing ear muffs and parkas, but I was out there in shorts and a tank top feeling good ha. Having just finished JRD90, I can feel how much stronger I've gotten in that I'm crushing all the push-ups like they are nothing, which I definitely was not doing before. Have a great Friday, friends!

Finished JRD90 last week. Took a few days to just run, and today finally started the torch. Crazy windy and rainy where I am in Florida right now, but it’s not snowing or freezing or having any natural disasters so I am not complaining!! Have a great day, peeps!

25 degrees F here this morning with a consistent strong wind made this very unpleasant but it is DONE. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

I love the standard AirPods Pro but I know some people find they fall out. I never have that problem unless I’m in very hot and humid temps and then they do slip out sometimes!

Early morning rooftop jumping with Dan. Long work day ahead and these workouts always make me feel less anxious about everything I have to do. Great way to start every day. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
