I bought the exact one that Dan has. It's awesome. It takes up a lot of room, but I have room for it where I have all my workout stuff in my basement, so it is okay. But I highly recommend it!

Last time through doing this workout with the pull-ups and chin-ups. And you know what I hate doing? Pull-ups and chin-ups lol. But you know what I enjoy? Seeing how much better I've gotten at them. And as Dan says, how do you get better at doing pull-ups and chin-ups? BY DOING PULL-UPS AND CHIN-UPS. So let's do it!

I mean, I don't know about the whole weighted vest thing personally, but you do you! Why not mix it up and alternate between the two ropes, just to keep it interesting?

I occasionally have some foot problems myself, usually induced by running in sneakers that have run their course (literally), so def get new shoes if you haven't already! And yeah, I find that doing regular bounce is not hard on my feet, but doing anything where the weight gets shifted onto the single leg can be bad in that state, so be careful, my friend!

That is awesome! Love to hear it!

For all of you have finished JRD Max, what kinds of fitness gains have you seen in yourself? Not talking about the scale necessarily, although feel free to share that too.

I'm on my final week of Month 2, and I can see noticeable even if subtle changes. Definitely I have more definition in my chest and back, and also I have several times accidentally gone to a tighter beltloop thinking it was my usual one. So while the scale for me currently is not changing much (which is fine and not my goal in this moment), my body shape is definitely improving with this program and I'm loving it.

Personally I love the WODs, which keep me interested and are always challenging! But all of the programs are good! I like the leaner/muscular physique, so I also think Shredded Ninja is awesome, but they're all good!
