my son and i started today. did 25 PUs after each circuit instead of 25 after the 2 circuits. damn shoulder is giving me all sorts of problems. just gonna work through it though. it didnt get better after a week off but doesnt seem to be getting worse either. elbow is about the same. getting old blows 😉

Can't wait to get back at it. I'm a bit troubled by a sore right shoulder and right elbow heading into the Push Up Program. I was hoping they'd heal up, but no dice.

After Push Up Program I'm heading into "2 a days" with the JRD Morning 15-minute workout and a weight training program... bulking season. I'll need to eat a lot more which will be hard (I don't eat much generally).

This will all be quite new for me and I'm excited to see what happens!

Always surprised how jumping with weighted ropes activates so many muscles. My entire back, up and down, feel worked today after a pure jump yesterday (90, 60, 30, 60, 90 x 4) with 1/2 and 1/4.

Next week marks a week off for the first time in 3 months. Then it's on to the JRD Push Up Program. That's an attractive workout. Looking forward to it.

so i was watching a video by dr eric berg, and he was espousing the health bennies of gelatin.

gelatin is 99% protein and it does other good things (like promoting hair growth).

he did mention knox vs jell-o since jell-o has added sweeteners and probs other stuff too.

that got me to thinking... turn JRD Aminos into knox blox. They would def taste good!

i think i'll try it lol

I'm 100% addicted to EMOM workouts now. Maybe we can get The Dudes to make an EMOM only workout program? 😀

That's a lot of jumping for me... My stamina isn't great, and I trip up when I get tired and my form goes to poo... but I did it.

It was fun and happy I tried it. That's a really nice program.

just got my JRD shaker and water bottle today. The quality of both is way more than I expected. Really excited for workout 1 w/ my JRD Aminos (I refer to them as my GROWminos) and new bottle!
