Carl Harrower thanks, yes itโ€™s been great. But honestly โ€œnew normalโ€ kicks in, way too quick.

Being process focused, and enjoying the daily grind is actually more fulfilling ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป so if I should give any advice from own experience:

The journey is the real goal, less result oriented and more focus on the process.

Inspired by some of you guys getting started I went back in my photo gallery to check my own progress.
Needless to say back then I didnโ€™t take any pictures of my physic so all I have to go on is my face.
There is about a 60 lbs difference and looks like all that was on my face ๐Ÿ˜‚
So to all the new ones, we all started somewhere. But we all have one thing in common, we decided enough and we started taking action just as you do now ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป and no it was not a 3 month transformation me, but a lifestyle change ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป one day at a time and sooner than you think you will not recognise the old you.
Now go #DoTheThing ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

You got this ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปyou decided something needs to change.. remember you didnโ€™t put the weight on over night and it wonโ€™t disappear over night eighter..

I was 266lbs when I decided to change and now Iโ€™ve been staying at +/- 200lbs for +1yr. And if I can do it anybody can ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

FYI itโ€™s not a diet or a quick fix, itโ€™s a new lifestyle so donโ€™t sweat it if your progress is slower that you would want. All progress IS progress ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

15 days inโ€ฆ youโ€™re on ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Looks great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป what you need most of all is time ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ you need the reps to get better ๐Ÿ™‚

Looks like you hands could be closer to your body, but looking at the rope length that might not work and cause additional tripping. Perhaps look into a shorter rope, so you can get the hands closer to your body.

Also would be great to have e side view also, as itโ€™s hard to see the bend in your knees, how straight your back is.

Looks like your jump height is ok, looks like itโ€™s a bit too high but that will come with experience and reps with the rope ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Last thing try to stay in the same spot on your mat, you are wandering a bit ๐Ÿ™‚

All in all, just #DoTheThing ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Hope you use some of what I said here ๐Ÿ˜

WHi fam ๐Ÿ‘‹
Been doing some stretches only the last week or so, and today decided to pick back up the rope! ๐Ÿฅณ
Got in the 10 min of jumping I said I would, and boy was it had to stop ๐Ÿ›‘ even if I did what I wanted. But held myself back and did a quick yoga session also.
No need to come back only to get injured again ๐Ÿ™
Have a great day all ๐Ÿ™

Thanks, have a tendency to come back with a vengeance ๐Ÿ™ˆ so thatโ€™s something I need to be aware of and try to ease back into it.. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
