That is amazing 🀩 Congratulations with your achievement. I know the feeling when it pops. Realizing that there is a better you inside and that what you were no longer exist. The only thing you have to be is consistent πŸ’ͺwell done.

That's πŸ₯΅

Hi Carl, I'm sorry he didn't made it. My condoleances with your lost. Take small steps and don't be to hard when you have to do a step back again. Consider every day you did the thing as a gift and a nice step to a better life. Check in with the group and you will get in the flow again. Take care ❀️

Jocelyn Ulevicus thanks for your response. I thought I was asking something simple πŸ₯΄ But I appreciate your comprehensive answer. It gives me a good idea what will be working for me also. I did the Dumbell Workout and my endurance was climbing very quickly. I started to do some schedules with more weight training low intensity exercises. I feel less light then when I was jumping rope, so I know what you mean by that. I didn't workout most of my life. I did some swimming and horse riding in my younger years. I've learned a lot the past year about being active for good health. I will start with Jumprope again to increase my endurance again. Think I will feel much better then.

O my god your smashing it 😜πŸ’ͺ

Do you feel a difference with your time as you do bodybuilders workouts? Curious if this workouts are enough or you also need to do more weightlifting to get strong and lean πŸ€—

Yes 😜 It's all a big challenge. I'm exhausted, but also very satisfied. Think I need three more weeks off to recover πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ That's the downside of vacation, you want to do it all, squeeze as much in as possible. I'm not a beach type.

Joe De Luca awesome, me too 😊
