It's not my best period right now. A workout is to intensive, while 8 weeks ago it would be to easy 🫣 I don't feel sick so I think it is all with premenopause. Still frustrating. Because I feel so tired all the time and can't do the workouts the way I am used to. Hope this is just a small period of time and I can go forward again.

So I did W3D5 of Power Calisthenics today

It was an item on our news. Sorry that you need this training. Luckily one week left and you can go back to your day to day life and don't need to act on it.

Just wiggle the hips from left to right and you will get it for the boxer skip. I only had three steps I could do during the Dumbell program. Regular, Boxer and run in place. I don't think you need more for this program 😉
