Micol how is that going? I am not sure what I should do. I want to build more muscle. So I am comparing JRD Max, JRD 90 and the Dumbell workouts. I've done the Dumbell, but hazitating between the other two. What's your idea?

That's the last bit you have to challenge 😂 consistency is the key. So keep on skipping after the challenge 💪

That's awesome. I was always to afraid to injure myself. Gravity also wasn't my best friend. Losing some weight and getting more agile helps a lot 😊

Yes 💪 It will be handy when you have the freestyle intervals. Now I have to practise between different skills in one session.

Dan Witmer I still need to think about it, so I have to be very focused not to mess up. If I see you do the jumps it looks so much easier 🤣😂

That's not nice. I've learned bij experience to know your limits. Good lesson for you 🥴 try foamrolling to get the blood flowing in your calf's again. Helps to heal quicker. Do this also when you warm up for the workout. Helps me a lot.

Never thought I could do high knees like a did today ✅
Can add a new skill to my list with the feet X's ✅
Didn't want to do the workout, but I did ✅
I feel awesome and sweaty ✅
My endurance is climbing ✅
Now I go for a shower 😂🤣
