I enjoy every day I have been jumping. Didn't realize it so much, that this is the type of exercise I need. I'm almost a year I. The community and I feel so much valued. The group is amazing and it feels very safe. What I also like is that you are more visuable in the group.

What I personally need is a button with quick answers on questions 😂🤣 just kidding. As you probably already know I have many questions. I'm doing the weightloss yourney on my own and I am missing something to give you personal advice. All the tips you give are great but are generally and sometimes you need someone to look over your shoulder telling you what you can do to go further. My end goal is to be strong and healthy with a lean body.

Keep up the good work, 💪

Dan Witmer It's almost funny. When I ask a question, you put the answer online. The only thing I struggle with is how to get in the right flow of eating for a caloric deficit. On a working day I am hungry and on a not working day I feel I need to snack. At that point I know I probably eat to little. Can't find the mojo to feel satisfied through the day. My body is graving. I have heard that to lose fat you should eat more and excersis more. What's your idea about that? How can you measure your calorie burn? My watch is giving me that, but how accurate is it?

Dan Witmer I have a question:

With all the good things happening I want to stay in the right flow. After the Dumbell Program I wanted to gain more muscle. For me that equals losing fat. Only that not really happened. My food intake is around 2000 - 2200 calories. I try to hit my proteins, but still have more carbs than I should. Now I am back in the Jumprope flow again, I was hoping you can give me some personal advice. About how I can get into the fat loss again and also which program to go for. JRD 90 or JRD Max. If I don't workout or have a working day my calorie burn is around 2000. On the work/workout days I manage to burn around the 2500 to 2700 calories.

I gained three kilo's in my holiday and lost only 1 kilo in the past 4 weeks 🥴

I know you're having fun in Mexico, but I will appreciate it if you can get me on the right track again. My mind is in the right place now 👍
