Iβve been reading up about this, I think doing strength training with jumping rope is the way forward. Iβm doing rope plus strength training like planks, sit ups and push ups (using a chair) as Iβm not mega strong atm. As I believe with diet, jump rope alone you lose muscle mass as well.
Someone correct me if Iβm wrong, but this is what Iβve read up about.
Doing these exercises with jumping rope, Iβm seeing a little bit of muscle coming out, especially in my arms and legs π
