Aletta Armee yeah sorry wrote that not so good πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ yeah do my Tues/Thurs/Sun the workout I’ll do is the 7 day challenge I meant so day 2 of that this week, as I spent last week doing just day 1 routine. Hope that makes sense now 🀣🀣🀣🀣 my bad lol

Aletta Armee thanks that sounds like a good plan, I’m going to do the 7 day challenge, but 1 day each week if that makes sense lol πŸ˜‚ so day 2 this week then day 3 next week so in a sense it will be 7 week challenge and see how I feel after that πŸ˜ƒ

Aletta Armee I’m 39, I’m in the middle of trying out the other workout bits like jumping jacks, squats to compose with the jump rope. As I work a lot driving a lorry I’m quite limited on free time, so it’s trying to find the other activities as my job is quite manual so that’s a workout in itself πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Cool, I did think it would be too soon. I’m just doing the 5x30sec repeat twice think it’s the first day on the 7day challenge to get me used to it, just seems like I can’t build my stamina to complete the 30s, hence why I thought maybe daily would help πŸ₯²

Hi All,
Hope everyone is smashing it as per.. I’ve got a question. I’m currently doing Tues/Thurs/Sun for jumping rope and rest days on the alternate days, as I’ve not mastered it yet, do I stick with that or try and do everyday so I get better quicker? Not doing too bad, just finding it a little struggle to get 30s done continuously. πŸ₯² I always get the first couple then my legs don’t want to know lmao πŸ˜‚
BTW, my mat and handles arrived, in which I’m buzzing as they look epic when working out πŸ€œπŸ€›
