The workouts do mention some other jumps, but you can just substitute regular bounce

Would be interesting to compare short vs long sets especially if total number of skips per workout were the same. (Ex: 20sec on; 10sec off; total skips 4000 VS 3min on; x min off; total skips on 4000)

JRD Community Dudette noticed that the video and description are a bit different.

Instead of Curtsy Lunges the video has Single Leg Deadlifs.

Working through JRD90 (which has been great btw!) and saw today’s workout (W7D2) has “5 pushups” in the description, but the video demonstrates “5 squats”

I hope they switch to a freemium model where skip counting is free, but access to workouts and advanced features are part of the membership
