Week 10, day 4 done ✅

Heavy rope program day 2 is done! Got in an awesome sweat today.
Hitting the gym again to add some muscle. No change in diet besides making sure protein is more consistently dialed in. Jumping rope the same amount. Keeping it super basic. Back, chest, total body.
Hey I need help with something has anyone done a programme ropeless and if so was the weight loss results good ? I do have ropes but because the weather isn't the best don't want to be getting wet through so I'll be doing my workouts inside I know it's not going to be the same intensity as using a rope but I was just wondering if I'll still lose a good amount of weight ?. Any help would be appreciated
I did something weird to my right upper arm where spinning the rope is aggravating it. But one of the many things I love about having learned about fitness from Dan here is that I now know how to simply adapt. So today I made up my own workout and did an EMOM for 30 minutes. 15 jumping jacks, 5 push-ups, and 5 ab crunchers or 10 bicycle crunches. Was a great workout, and didn't mess with my arm while I let it get better and get back to jumping. Will try to go for a 4-mile walk later if I can too. Let's get it, peeps!
