Aletta Armee you can use any rope, even the get lean set. As you know it’s best if you have all the ropes you will get the most out of the program but any rope would do.

As for which program can you compare it to. It would be a combination of following along like JRD90 and Swole Samurai program, but still unique enough to be its own 90 day program. 👍
