I see a doctor once every two weeks to give me accountability for my weight. He told me that we can very 3 to 4 pounds simply based on water retention. Don’t be discouraged by the scale and take a long-term view.

So I’ve been listening to the videos about doing push-ups and pull-ups and since I work in an office, I thought I would try to do push-ups every hour or so today. I’ve been at the office for about four hours and I’ve done three sets of 10. What’s the thought behind doing the setssay every hour as opposed to one minute rest intervals

Thanks for the suggestions

Thanks for the advice. The virtual model for the stretches is a little scary looking.

Need help

Can anyone suggest a stretch or fix for my forearms which get really tight when I use the 1 pound and 2 pound ropes. On the 1 pound rope I’m averaging about 125 jumps per minute and on the 2 pound rope. It’s about 40 to 50 go longer than about 30 seconds because my forearms really tighten up.
