I think they are super fun but I left them somewhere (I live in two places) and haven’t had them for about two months. I miss them

BUT they are pretty unnecessary. Just fun.

Second time through M1D4 of heavy ropes. Last week I did 80 skips every time Dan did 100 with the 1-pounder. Today I did 90. So next week I’ll amp up to the full 3,000 skips as Rx. Good stuff!

Started my 2nd week of heavy rope today and took a walk in the afternoon to get away from the computer. Mighta also eaten some chips lol. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Just did month 1 day 4 of the heavy rope program for the first time. I did 80 skips every time Dan did 100 so I did 2,400 with the 1-pounder. Did 600 skips after with the 1/2-pounder just to get to 3,000. Will try to do 90 skips each time next week. The real problem with the heavy ropes for me is the grip. My wrists start to give out eventually but I will improve!! πŸ€œπŸ€›

Ooooooh boy. Did Day 2 of the Heavy Rope Program for the first time and here are my thoughts: I struggle with the 1-pound rope for extended sets, and I fear trying with the 2-pounder tomorrow but I will give it my all. What I DO enjoy is the porn-stache on Dan haha. So it all balances out. : )Β

Late to the party but just started the heavy rope program this morning. Finished JRD90 yesterday and happy about that. Scared of busting out the 1-pounder and 2-pounder in this new program but here we go!
