My two cents: Don't get super bogged down in staying exactly strict with the programs if you can't. Sure, they're designed to be five workouts per week, but if that's too much for you, it's too much. Be where you are. Also, if you see a workout that looks too challenging for that moment, put a pin in it and pick another one that you know you like or hits muscles you want to hit. I'd say just do something to stay consistent. Any workout is better than no workout!

Week 8 Day 1 of SN. 4-minute sets followed by lotsa push-ups. Tough but it’s fun to see progress! Nothing is impossible! Let’s get at it! 💪❤️🔥🫶

Try doing just one circuit or two circuits of any workout. Once you feel you can get through a whole workout, try to do the challenge as prescribed. Not a fitness expert, but that’s what I did when I first started!

Ha—yes, the seconds are slooooow during a squat hold. I distract myself by doing different things like a flex, pretend I’m driving a car, wave to a friend, pretend I’m reading a book, etc. good thing I work out alone lol.

Just did W7D4. Funny how at this point in the program, these workouts are always one more circuit than I think they're going to be which really pushes me. Just as it should be! Happy Friday, gang!
