Today got the airways partially opened π₯³ really makes a difference π
Tried a 1.500 jump workout, first 800 was done in sets of 200 and rest to the top of the minut. But Iβd have 30-45 seconds of rest, so decided to go down to sets of 100, which was almost 45/15 ππ»
Now a few stretches for the calfβs, hamstrings and quads π

Mornings fam π
Been under the weather lately (airway infection of anything) so energy and really the capacity to workout have been gone!
Got a short one in today, some is better than none, right!? ππ»
Trying out my new AMPβs and I donβt like them π but perhaps itβs just adjusting to the bigger handles (not quite as big as the heavy handles) π€·π»ββοΈ love the new M-size ropes; DU and Crisscross instantly unlocked π
Canβt blame it all on the sickness my fitness have been declining layltely, so looking forward to the December π

Getting AMPED for December Challenge!
Today on my 37th birthday π I got this new ropes (medium) and a the APM handles. So now I got a week to βlearnβ the new ropes π

Hi fam π
So took Monday and Tuesday and decided to do some longer AM walks with my dog. Just shy of 20k steps on those days, not too shabby if I say so myself π
Back with the ropes today, and I think I might need to go down a rope size. Using the βLβ normally and just tried out the βSβ I got my wife. Works OK but not ideally, so hopefully I get the AMPβs with medium ropes for my birthday (end of November) ππ»

Morning fam π
Not quite comfortable calling it a ladder workout today π did a 20/30/40/30/20 βladder-styleβ workout π 10 sec between intervals and 60 sec between sets for 8 sets πͺπ»
Felt hard today, even if yesterday was a day off from jumping, decided to take and extended walk (4 miles) and listen to our long lost brother Epsteins new book π (worth a read if you ever enjoyed some of his other content as well)

Sort of winged it today, music on MAX volume, timer set for 30min, and just freestylinββ¦
Thereβs something about not having a set interval to stick to, and just feeling the rope/beat of the music πΆ
Now itβs time for some aminos and a quick shower before another long day on the job starts..

Hi fam π
Today a made a quick workout 15sec on 5sec off for 72 intervals with a quick 30sec break every 6 intervals.
Felt great and at no time this week did I feel it in the knees, so maybe this is the time Iβm back for good π«°π»
Second consecutive day I was told Iβm overreaching (by my watch) so happy we reached the weekend and I can rest a bit with some longer walks π

Day 4 again with a jump rope π₯³
Was feeling good, once I got started so naturally I pushed myself π all good no injuries πbut even my watch told me I was overreaching (based on the metrics)
Maybe Iβm looking at a day 5 recovery (watch says 68 hours to fully recover) but weβll see tomorrow.
Been trying to calculated my jumps/min and landing on 150-210 from low- to high intensity intervals. Maybe itβs time to invest in those AMP handles π€
