W3D1 done of the Power Calisthenics ✅
I didn't sleep very well of the excitement of yesterday. I am participating in an Art contest where I was selected as one of the finalists. I had to bring my painting for the judges. Friday is the final recordings of the tv show. It will be broadcast somewhere beginning of next year. I ate on the go and that wasn't good for the sleep. Also the late arrival back at home.
I put my workout cloths one and did the thing later in the morning 💪

THIS IS A GOOD ONE 👍
I finished week 2 of the Power Calisthenics ✅💪
It felt so much better as day 4 last week. I was able to do 8 pushups from the knees..
Very happy to be back 😜

Do you know that feeling you have to start all over again?
My last week was horrible. Busy at work and feeling exhausted because lack of sleep. My HRV was unbalanced and I decided to skip some workouts. It ended up with a whole week of workouts and I still aren't stimulated to start again. My legs hurted so much, that I am stalling my next workout 🥴
I have a week off now so feeling motivated to start again. But today I didn't. I did some gardening. I hope I get my energy back to start again 🤞

Is it ok to post a picture after you didn't finish the workout?
After three rounds I had to stop. My left feet was hurting to much. Because of all the new moves I can feel that my left leg isn't strong enough and gets irritated. So after three rounds I decided to stop and not to overdue it.

Overthinking my workout
it wasn't an awesome workout today. I had to skip yesterday, because of low energy in the morning. I experienced a high workload at work and that resulted in bad sleeping. I couldn't recharge my battery fully. So I took the day off.
Today I didn't feel as tired but still experienced fatigue and stiffness during the workout. I did it in a low phase and got through it. I am free the rest of the day. So plenty of time to recover for tomorrow 🤗

Dan Witmer You are killing me, man.... 😜
Did W2D2 of Power Calisthenics and it was brutal. I started with the 1/2Lb rope, thinking in the first round I am going to switch, because my arms are burning 🥵. After the minute rest I started with the 1/2Lb rope again, at round three I didn't feel the pain anymore and in round 4 I even forgot I wanted to switch 😂🤣
So the takeaway is to stay at it and don't think to much about it. It will be over before you know it 🤗

I did the W2D1 of the Power Calisthenics this morning. A shaking picture because I was out of breath and couldn't stable my camera 🫣
On paper these workouts look easy, but they aren't 🥵

Finished first week of Power Calisthenics today. Half a smile because this was also a though one. I have so much mustles pain in my shoulders. Maybe from the pushups or the 1/2 lbs rope, but I still love the progress I am making 💪

This morning I did the W1 D3 PC. It went great, but I had to sit down. Luckily I didn't crash after the last exersize, because I was already on the ground for the abcrunchers 🤣😂
