I can add a new skill to the list; A-Frame πŸ˜† with 1/2 robe it's harder, but I've tried. It's a great feeling how easily you can add more skills to your list, when your form is improving. also the number of pushups is increasing πŸ’ͺStill from the knees but more then yesterday. It was a though one, but loved it also. Have a great week all with doing your thing.

This was a lazy Sunday with lot of sun. Maybe the last day this year πŸ₯΄
But I did a 50K bikeride today instead of a workout. Tomorrow I will start the new program πŸ’ͺ

Joe De Luca Yes πŸ˜€ That's what I am doing at the moment and it feels great πŸ‘ Still looking for the right balance, because summer is ending and it's going to be busy at work from now to the end of year. Hope I can stay in focus with the regular workouts.

I was early this morning and fancy a good healthy breakfast. So I made these protein rich wafels. Also great for meal prep.
βœ… 150 grams of apple mousse
βœ… 300 grams of low fat soft cheese (150 grams for topping)
βœ… 75 grams of fine oats
βœ… 75 grams of protein powder
βœ… 1 egg
βœ… 100 grams of egg whites
βœ… Some salt
βœ… 15 grams of baking powder
βœ… 10 grams of maple syrup and berries for topping
βœ… Some oil to grease
> 500 calories πŸ’ͺ

I was hoping for bigger results but it's not all in the numbers is it πŸ€— I feel great, more agile, better endurance. My weight dropt just 0,5 kg and /lost 3 cm only at the legs. It's difficult to measure always on the right spot. I noticed that my clothes are less thight, so it must be better.
I start the new program Monday πŸ’ͺ looking forward to that.
