Thank you 🙏 yeah I got resistance bands but didn’t think they would do much being so flimsy 🤣🤣 I think I might just get a few sets of dumbbells and work my way up maybe 🤔

Thanks Dan that’s not a bad idea.. I’ve definitely got to get back to it will seem a waste of time and effort if I don’t.. it’s just getting that feeling back if that makes sense 🤜🤛

Thank you Aletta yeah from the post I put up regarding my brother he passed literally 5weeks later so quickly ☹️ yeah I will have to check in and try and get that ummp back.. I’ve put on weight big time from 16.2st in Oct 23 now 17.6st 😤 so definitely need to try somehow

Stephen Payne yeah it’s good, definitely got me sweating yesterday lol 😂 will give you that upper body workout as well, if you’re not a fan of push ups etc

I’m just doing 3 sets of 5 regular bounce at 30 secs, and then doing strength training. (Planks, Squats, Push Ups on a chair) and now I’ve got some resistance bands and doing my chest, shoulders and arms with that too. Knackers me out after 30 minutes and gives me a good deal of sweat too 😃
