Alan T thank you, proper threw me off my workouts for sure ๐Ÿ˜” slowly picking myself back up and get back on my workouts as I weighed myself and Iโ€™m now out of the 17st club and in to the 16st club so thatโ€™s keeping my mind focused a little bit ๐Ÿ™‚

Joe De Luca Iโ€™m not doing any of the programs as of yet, Iโ€™m nowhere near as good too do them yet. Iโ€™m just trying to learn the footwork but seems hard as hell. Iโ€™ve found that Iโ€™m better with the 1/2lb rope than the 1/4lb as I seem to do 30 sec no problem as with the 1/4lb I seem to trip a bit ๐Ÿ˜• just frustrating as I would like to be able to mix it up and not just do the regular bounce as it feels like Iโ€™ve conquered it now lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
