Month 3 Week 2 day 1 complete this morning but forgot to post!

Followed along with Dan but pushed myself to do a little extra than workout plan.

1k skips with the 1/4

800 skips with the 1 pound

1k skips with the 1/4

800 skips with the 1 pound

50 push ups

400 skip cool down with 1/4 to finish

41:55 was the time

Felt great and strong!!! 💪🏼

Month 3 week 1 day 5 of heavy rope challenge complete. That was a burner. Finished off the workout with an added 500 skips with the 1/4 pound for a little cool down. Also went for a 4 mile walk. Get those steps in everyone and do the thing

Another day complete! Week 1 day 3 of month 4 done. The push up ladder was 🔥 . I completed the 1k skips with 1/4 pound and 1 lb plus all push ups in 22 min. I added on 1k skips with the 1/4 for a cool down with some stretching intermixed. 3k total for the workout, lots of push ups and some stretching. Felt great!

Week 1 day 2 of month 4 complete. Pushed myself to do 4,000 skips instead of the 3,000. Did 4k in roughly 33 minutes today. Little slower than my normal pace but felt good. Loved the little bit of stretching at end. Felt great.

Month 2 day 5 workout never disappointed! Stats for today:

1k skips with the 1/4 pound in 7 min

5 min for 50 pushups

1k skips 1/2 pound in 8 min

3 sets of 30 sec plank

1k skips with 1 pounder in 10 min.

Whole work out complete in just under 34 minutes with rest time included!

M2w3d1 is heavy rope completed early this AM. Ready to see what the month 3 will hold!!! That 2 pounder got me good today!

Week 2 of month 2 complete. Couple days of active rest and then will rinse and repeat! Beginning to love the 1 pound rope as much as it makes the shoulders 🔥

Month 2 week 2 day 4 knocked out and done! 👊🏻 Have to say the 4k skip workout has been one of my faves for a while. Always a challenge. Completed 4k today in 30 min 8 seconds. Not my PR but pretty damn good. Hot and humid in my neck of the woods today and did it outside. Yuck - the sweat is dripping! Do the thing!

I keep going back and forth about getting the amp handles. I have a little whiteboard that i use during workouts to count my sets on and tally skips for workouts where counting skips is necessary. I have an Apple Watch that tracks my calories burned during workouts… sooooo do I need the AMP handles??? I don’t mind purchasing the handles, but then I think to myself do I really need to pay for another monthly app? I have been skipping since March 2020 and getting a long just find without fancy amp handles 😂 BUT please give me all your arguments for YES GET THE AMP HANDLES… or NO YOU DONT NEED THEM. Let’s see who can convince me one way or another…. 😂🤷‍♀️
