Wrapping up the Swole Samurai program this week and planning to do Shredded Ninja next. But it doesn’t look like there’s any direct ab work in Shredded Ninja.

Anyone add in ab work? Or you found it wasn’t necessary as the core works enough during the jump rope sessions?

Thanks.

lol. How could does it get there in winter?

Shout out to Joe De Luca !

Earlier in the year, I had some questions about Crossropes and he took the time to answer my questions. (I ended up buying the Get Lean set after talking with him and it’s been great!)

Also, he’s taken the time to answer my questions about various programs in the JRD app.

Anyway, thanks Joe! I appreciate your help (even if I am jealous of the sunshine in your vids when I have snow during winter. lol)

Thank You JRD and Dan Witmer

After starting JRD last year I was able to do pull-ups for the first time in my life! (Even in my teens and early 20s, when I was training as a bodybuilder, I wasn’t able to do them.)

I was able to do chin-ups, but not pull-ups. After about 8 weeks I was able to do 2-3!

This was exciting, but a few weeks ago we took a trip to California and on the beach they have pull-up bars and rings you can swing across (like monkey bars). I was able to do these with my kids and we had a blast!

Anyway, thank you JRD!

Both to be honest, but decided to go with Sole samurai first as I’ve been enjoying the heavy roles and wanted to give it a try. I plan to do shredded ninja after. Thanks!

Just finished JRD90!

Great program! Really enjoyed it!

Now time to decide what program to start next. I’m trying to decide between Shredded Ninja and Swole Samurai.

Plan to do both, but just deciding which to do first.
