The workouts do mention some other jumps, but you can just substitute regular bounce

For anyone who’s gone through Shredded Ninja, does it use heavy ropes or just the 1/4lbs rope?

Tried skimming through and wasn’t sure.

(Coming up to week 12 of JRD90 and trying to decide on what program to go through next)

Would be interesting to compare short vs long sets especially if total number of skips per workout were the same. (Ex: 20sec on; 10sec off; total skips 4000 VS 3min on; x min off; total skips on 4000)

JRD Community Dudette noticed that the video and description are a bit different.

Instead of Curtsy Lunges the video has Single Leg Deadlifs.

Hey everyone,

For those of you who’ve completed them both, what’s the difference between JRD90 and JRD Max? Is Max more intense?

I’m working through JRD90 currently (finishing up week 7) and just trying to figure out where the other 90 days plans land.

For example, shredded ninja for getting lean & swole samurai for building muscle.

Just tryin to figure where JRD Max fits.
