Whew! 😅 Happy Friday made by skipping! Just finished day 2 of my last week in month 1 of the heavy rope program, and I’m feeling good with the 1lb rope! It gets less and less daunting to use every time I pick it up. Glad I decided to stay in month 1 for another week, as I’m feeling stronger this week. I’m really excited to get week 4 wrapped up, because month 2’s workouts look awesome! Happy weekend! ☀️

Starting up my last week of month 1 of the heavy rope program… smack dab in the middle of the week! 😁

Feeling good and sweaty! Really focused on upping the speed during the 1/4lb sections, and managed to consistently get at least 70 skips per 30 seconds, which made for an awesome sweat! 1/2lb wasn’t too far behind that skip count too, which is really exciting to see as well! Hope everyone finds the time to do the thing today! 🔥

I just get so pumped - albeit tired - after an awesome sweaty workout! Something about dripping in your own sweat is weirdly motivating. 😅 Today marks the end of the week for the heavy rope program! I didn’t quite beat last weeks numbers, but fell into a decent range of about 79/100 of Dan’s 1lb skips. And I’m happy to say I’ve kept up with all the 1/4lb sets, clocking in at 2000 skips! I’m gonna hang out in month 1 for one more week so I can put in the necessary work. Woohoo!

I’ve certainly earned my sweat for today! Happy to start a week off with a finished workout. I’m playing catch up on month 1 of the heavy rope program, and will probably spend another week in month 1 since I missed the first week jumping with everyone. But I can cross off day 4 of my third week doing the heavy rope program, with a small but still victorious skip count increase from last week! Not quite to 3000 with the 1 pounder, but I made it to 2480 today! 🎉

Hey dudes and dudettes! Happy weekend! I’ve missed the last two days just from living and enjoying life. So I’m a bit behind now, but managed to squeeze in an awesome Saturday sweat! Day 3 of the heavy rope program is done, and I’m drippin’! 😅 Hope everyone is having a fantastic day. 🌞

Day 2 of the heavy rope program is in the bag! I’m totally beat after this one today. 😝Another hot day has me sweating like crazy! Nothing like sweat dripping to make you feel like you’ve accomplished something good. 🔥 Happy Wednesday!

Whew! I hope everybody is getting a good sweat in today. It’s more humid here than normal, and I am happily sweating buckets after my workout today. 😅 I spent yesterday recovering from a bug I picked up over the weekend, so day 1 of the heavy rope program is done for today instead. Do the thing dudes and dudettes!

Another scorcher here today. That being the weather AND my day 5 workout of the heavy ropes program! I managed to up my average on the 1lb skip sessions too! Last week was around 77/100 of Dan’s skips, and this week I averaged about 82/100. My shins appreciated the rest yesterday, and looking forward to one more rest day before getting into week 4! Happy weekend!

Happy Thursday! ☀️ It’s hot here, and I got an awesome sweat in today doing day 4 of the heavy rope program. Beat my skip count by 170 compared to last week, and the extra TLC I’ve been giving to my shins and calves has really paid off! Still feeling it a bit, but is so much better than when the shin splints first showed up. Hoping by the beginning of next week, they’ll be gone. Keep doing the thing dudes and dudettes! 🔥

Day 3 heavy rope is done! Shins and calves were still a bit sore from yesterday, so I had to take it a little easier again today with a few extra rests, but I’m happy to say that they’re not as sore as they were yesterday! Gonna give them some well deserved TLC and keep on listening to those muscles. Happy Wednesday! 💪🏻
