Get well soon. Not be able to move is not nice.

I know the feeling. After my Schotland trip I gained 3 kilo's. Didn't eat properly in that time and had lot of stress. I took off from the point before the traveling. It felt like starting over, but I didn't call it like that. You have an ambitious plan of weight loss, maybe you can cut that in smaller goals. A habit change you achieve, number of pullups you can do, etc. Than you have more celebrations than losses. Than it also don't feel like a weight loss challenge, but more like a fitness journey with a body recomposition as a reward. My goal is not to gain the weight I have lost, so I have some spare for when live gets to me and can't eat right or workout.

Starting again Joe De Luca ? I am also in my weight journey for a long time now, up and downs. The last 1,5 year I am consistent. Not to gain all the weight. Starting over and over isn't helping 🤣😂 you will get there also without a first day 🫣

If you want to go for strength the JRD Max and Dumbell Program. Do you want to be more agile and improve your endurance I would go for Plyo and Calisthenics.

If it is in the house you want it. I managed to eat healthy tonight because I only had that in the house. I was to tired to go to the shop, so a big win here 💪

Crispy rice salad, so yammie and low in calories

Cooked rice with a little bit of chilli oil at 180 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes. chicken (150 grams) grilled. Vegetables of choise ( I used cilantro, cucumber, red onion, spring onion, cherry tomatoes and rucola) I also used a teriyaki dressing (pokebowl style) on the salad.

Approx 420 calories

Welcome 🤗 With body weight you can achieve a lot. Filling a backpack with books is also a cheap idea to add weight to your workout. Or a bottle of water 🤔 It doesn't have to be fancy stuff. #Dothething.
