I know the feeling. After my Schotland trip I gained 3 kilo's. Didn't eat properly in that time and had lot of stress. I took off from the point before the traveling. It felt like starting over, but I didn't call it like that. You have an ambitious plan of weight loss, maybe you can cut that in smaller goals. A habit change you achieve, number of pullups you can do, etc. Than you have more celebrations than losses. Than it also don't feel like a weight loss challenge, but more like a fitness journey with a body recomposition as a reward. My goal is not to gain the weight I have lost, so I have some spare for when live gets to me and can't eat right or workout.
