It's s a constant battle in our mind. After this day is an other day. Every day you start your day with the intention to working out is a win for yourself. But being sick is also a reminder that your body isn't feeling well. I have learned that you have to listen to your body and not your mind. Because your mind is playing tricks with you. If you are sick than a restday is important even 2 restday can be necessary. Try again tomorrow and see what happens 😉

I take a restday too and restart tomorrow, because yesterday's workout wasn't great either 🤗

I hope so Joe De Luca It's a constant battle with yourself and it's nice to have a community where you can ventilate your struggles 😊

Is it ok to post a picture after you didn't finish the workout?
After three rounds I had to stop. My left feet was hurting to much. Because of all the new moves I can feel that my left leg isn't strong enough and gets irritated. So after three rounds I decided to stop and not to overdue it.

Overthinking my workout
it wasn't an awesome workout today. I had to skip yesterday, because of low energy in the morning. I experienced a high workload at work and that resulted in bad sleeping. I couldn't recharge my battery fully. So I took the day off.
Today I didn't feel as tired but still experienced fatigue and stiffness during the workout. I did it in a low phase and got through it. I am free the rest of the day. So plenty of time to recover for tomorrow 🤗

Linda Fitzpatrick I use the common whey protein powder. They are in different flavors. I now bought the unflavoured one, because of the sweeteners. I think natural sugars are better than the artificial ones. If you are vegan you could try the protein powders on a vegetable base like peas for instance. There are a lot of brands, so I don't know which are available for you.

I use the protein powder in my overnight oats, or mix it through my oat porridge and Greek yoghurt with fruits. I also take a serve of collageen in my morning coffee with oat milk.

With this I manage to get around 130 grams of protein during the day. Hope this helps 😊

That's right Joe De Luca , so be prepared for next months challenge 😜

Dan Witmer You are killing me, man.... 😜
Did W2D2 of Power Calisthenics and it was brutal. I started with the 1/2Lb rope, thinking in the first round I am going to switch, because my arms are burning 🥵. After the minute rest I started with the 1/2Lb rope again, at round three I didn't feel the pain anymore and in round 4 I even forgot I wanted to switch 😂🤣
So the takeaway is to stay at it and don't think to much about it. It will be over before you know it 🤗
