Aletta Armee yeah cool, I was just looking at that, I’ll need a fair bit of protein to keep up muscle mass. I’ve got lots of fish,chicken and beef in this months shopping which all have good Gs of protein as well as eggs πŸ₯š it will be good to see the results and I’m sure I’ll keep everyone updated too 😁😁

Thanks πŸ™ sounds like you’re doing alright on the nutrition side of things. I’m just stuck on what kind of foods too eat πŸ˜† I’m going to start Monday, and cut out sugary drinks, crisps chocolate and then go on too more fresh fruit, vegetables and fish and see how I get on. I plan on doing 3 workouts a week, plus working during the day so I think my exercise will be covered on that side 🀣 will be intresting to see what I can shed in 3 months starting with proper eating and jump roping πŸ™
