Month 2 ROUND 2. JR&D. M2W1D1. Not much jump rope but a good dumbell workout for sure.
1,000 skip warmup with 1/4 lb
1,000 skips during workout with 1/2lb rope. Entire 2 round using the 1/2lb rope AND increase weights from 15 to 20’s
Finish with 2,000 skips to 4,000 using 1/4 lb rope

Looks like I am at 49,000 skips for May so far!!

Round 2 JR&D. M1W1D4. Total cardio baby. 1 min, 1 min, 1.5 min, 2 min using 1/2 lb rope. Can tell I have been swinging this 1/2 lb rope for almost a month. Today was not so bad, as opposed to week1 where arms were on fire πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯
3,035 skips during workout.
Finished out with 1,000 skips to 4,000 doing a double under ladder. 10 skips, double under, 9 skips, double under, 8 skips, double under …..down to 1 and as many double u dears in a row and then start back UP to ten

FINISHING 2nd round Month 1 tomorrow. πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

2nd round. JR&D. M1W4D3. Leg day. DO T SKIP LEG DAY.
1,702 skips during workout with 1/2lb rope.
Finish with 2,300 skips using 1/4lb to get to daily 4,000

1,000 skips warmup with 1/4 lb
1,520 skips during upper body day 1 workout using 1/2lb
1,480 skips with 1/4lb to finish with 4,000

Round 2. JR&D. M1W2D4. 1min, 1 min, 1.5min, 2 min total cardio. With 1/2 lb rope that 2 minute set is KILLER
FINISHED with 1500 skips using speed rope

2nd round. JR&D. M1W2D2. Total cardio done! Using 1/2lb rope. This week easier than last week. By the end of this program my arms and shoulders should be looking pretty good using the 1/2lb rope

2,952 sips during workout. Finished 1,050 skips with 1/2lb to cool down and get to 4,000 for the day

1,525 skips during workout using 1/2 lb rope. Using 1/2lb rope this 2nd round through JR&D workout
1,500 skips to finish day at 4,000 skips

I’m back. Had a full 7 days off. Trip to London (I live in eastern PA) to help my daughter and boyfriend move into their very first house. Very proud of the new homeowners
So today was JR&D M1W2D2. TOTAL CARDIO. Again 1,000 skip warmup with 1/4 lb rope. 2800 skips during workout using only 1/2lb rope (killer). 800 skips with 1/4lb to get to 4,000
It felt like I was off for a week!

Finished today with 1/2lb rope 1,371 skips to 4,007 count. KEEP DOIN THE THING!
