Month 2 ROUND 2. JR&D. M2W1D1. Not much jump rope but a good dumbell workout for sure.
1,000 skip warmup with 1/4 lb
1,000 skips during workout with 1/2lb rope. Entire 2 round using the 1/2lb rope AND increase weights from 15 to 20βs
Finish with 2,000 skips to 4,000 using 1/4 lb rope
Looks like I am at 49,000 skips for May so far!!
